Order Policy

Great sourdough bread takes time. Twenty to Thirty hours to be exact. All bread is made to order, once a week on a production day. This means, at times, it may be waiting a few days from the time of you place it, to receive it.

All orders placed by 10p, the day before a dough production day, will be started on the following morning. This mean that as long as your order is in by 10p on the night of Thursday, your bread will be started on that following Friday.

I try to keep extra starter made throughout the day before a production day. So, chances are, I may make enough levain to honor late orders, but be sure to send an email, DM, or text message in addition to your order to inquire. 5a is the last chance cut-off for potential late orders.


Friday - Dough Production Day

Saturday - Bake Day & Pickup (pickups after 4p)

Sunday - Delivery Day (9:30a-1p)
