Order Policy


Great sourdough bread takes time. Twenty to Thirty hours to be exact. All bread dough is made to order, once a week on dough production day. 

All orders placed before 10p Thursday, will be scheduled for production on the following  Friday morning at 4a. Orders placed AFTER 10p Thursday will be scheduled for next week's fulfillment window.

PRODUCTION SCHEDULE

Friday - Dough Production (4a-4p)

Saturday - Bread Baking & Pickup (pickups 4-6p)
