Order Policy

Great sourdough bread takes time. Twenty to Thirty hours to be exact. All bread is made to order, once a week on a production day. This means that you may be waiting a few days from the time of you place it, to receive it.

All orders placed by 10p, the day before a dough production day, will be started on the following morning. This mean that as long as your order is in before 10p on Thursday evening, your bread will be started on that following Friday.


Friday - Dough Production Day

Saturday - Bake Day & Pickup (pickups 4-6p)

Sunday - Delivery Day (9:30a-1p)
