Order Policy

Great sourdough bread takes time. Twenty to Thirty hours to be exact. All bread dough is made to order, once a week on a production day. 

All orders placed before 10p Thursday, will be scheduled for production on the following  Friday morning at 4a. Orders placed *after* 10p Thursday will be scheduled for next week's production day.


Friday - Dough Production (4a-4p)

Saturday - Bread Baking & Pickup (pickups 4-6p)

Monday - Focaccia Pizza Pickup (5:30-7p)
