Order Policy

Great sourdough bread takes time. Twenty to Thirty hours to be exact. All bread dough is made to order, once a week on a production day.

All orders placed by 10p Thursday, the day before the dough production day, will be started on the following Friday morning.


Friday - Dough Production Day

Saturday - Bake Day & Pickup (pickups 4-6p)

Sunday - Delivery Day (10a-1p)
