An old-timey bread style made with cereal grain worked in to make a more soft, velvety loaf with a long shelf-life.


Rye with Caraway

30% Dark Rye Flour, 65% Bread Flour, 5% Spelt, Caraway

Aromas of cocoa and caraway. Baked in the same way as the other artisan-style banneton loaves.

This one is a sleeper. Slightly bitter, earthy, nutty, mushroomy.
